Hi, this is Laurie. I wrote the book and to be honest, I feel a little weird about you guys having to do homework on it. I hope it is less painful than some of the books I had to read in high school.
So here's my first question: What were your favorite lines in the book? Why?

Thank you for contributing. I have a question for you. Did you use the picture of Maya Angelou because she was raped?
My favorite lines occur during the Hawthorne analysis. I loved how Rachel challenged the teacher! Don't get any ideas, however...
